Ashes / Hair Preparation

For cremation jewellery we would need a teaspoon to a tablespoon of ashes, if you are placing multiple orders then we advise double this - All remaining ashes will be returned to you, these can be put into a resealable bag or small container for posting.

For hair inclusions a small amount 1-2 inches in length is all we would require and again and remaining hair will be returned to you.

Engraving

If you are purchasing engraving jewellery we will need to know exactly what you would like engraved, there is a font style photo next to every engraving item so you can advise us which font would be best for you.

If you are wanting a finger print or paw print engraved you will need to email these to us at ddengraving@outlook.com with your order number, if you are unsure on whether we will be able to engrave your print please email us before ordering so we can check this.

Choosing Your Colour

Before placing an order take a look at the colour chart below and let us know which colour you would like.

Opal is included however if you choose the darker colours (black, grey, brown, silvers) opal cannot be added to these, I will inform you whether opal can be added when ordering.
